Email and appointment requests
This website has no inquiry form. If you email us, we use the contact details and message you provide to respond and assess your request. We do not subscribe inquiry contacts to marketing lists.
We process requests for steps towards a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where applicable, and business correspondence under our legitimate interest in responding to business representatives, Article 6(1)(f).
Booking takes place on Cal.com after you follow an external link. Cal.com handles its own interface and processing under its published privacy notice. We use the appointment information to arrange your requested meeting. No booking widget is embedded here.
Hosting and operational information
The static website is hosted on a Hetzner server. Requests disclose technical information such as IP address, requested path and browser information to the hosting infrastructure. We use operational information as necessary to provide and secure the site, on the basis of legitimate interests.
Optional measurement
If an AgentStruct analytics stream is configured and you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits and booking or email link clicks. Clicks indicate an intention to contact us; they do not confirm a booking, sent email or qualified lead.
Events use controlled page, language, placement and contact-method properties. Validated campaign parameters may be included; arbitrary URL parameters, fragments and contact details are excluded from these events. Do not place personal information in campaign parameters.
Google scripts do not load before analytics consent. Advertising measurement is not active, including when reserved Ads configuration values are present. We do not enable personalized advertising, enhanced conversions or Google Signals.
The basis for optional analytics is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Use Cookie settings to change or withdraw a choice. Contact links work without consent.
Retention
We keep inquiry and appointment information for the time needed to respond and manage the requested business relationship, subject to applicable legal obligations. Contact us for information about the records associated with your request.
Consent preferences expire after 180 days. Configured analytics cookies have a maximum configured lifetime of 180 days without renewal on activity. Permitted campaign attribution lasts for the browser tab session. Google’s account-level event retention is administered separately; this notice does not promise a specific provider retention period.
Providers and your rights
Google may process analytics information internationally under the safeguards described in its privacy and transfer documentation. Cal.com and Hetzner describe their processing in their own notices.
Depending on the processing, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to legitimate-interest processing, or withdraw consent. Contact info@agentstruct.com. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ) or your competent supervisory authority.
